Mustafa Tümer Tan, graduated from Middle East Technical University with a Masters degree in earthquake Engineering with a dissertation on seismic strengthening using carbon fiber reinforced polymers. (CFRP)
Having over 15 years’ experience as a practicing engineer, Mustafa has been involved in structural engineering projects including base isolated buildings, seismic performance assessment, retrofitting and earthquake resistant design.
Mustafa heads the development team of ProtaStructure and he is passionate about creating state-of-the art structural engineering software, utilizing new techniques in structural and software engineering design.
